  • Swagbucks - World Hunger Relief Fund Donation

    If you ever wanted to donate to money for charities or causes but for whatever reason, found you weren't able to, now is your chance to do so.

    Swagbucks has a system set up where you can donate your earned swagbucks to the World Food Programme for the World Hunger Relief Fund. It ends next week Monday, 3 October at 12:00 PM PDT, so you should hurry now and join Swagbucks.

  • Cash Crate

    Cash Crate is an offer site I joined a couple of weeks ago. When you first join the site, you get $5!
    The ways to earn money are by completing offers, shopping on sites and getting cash back and a very easy way to earn money on Cash Crate is by performing searches.

    Download the Cash Crate toolbar on their site. I have; it's safe and free (no spyware, walmare, etc.)

    When you first download the toolbar, you do 20 searches and you'll earn $1. After that, you earn $0.50 for every 25 searches. You can only do 10 searches a day though, so it'll take 2 days to earn $1, then every 2.5 days, you make $0.50.

    Also, on the toolbar, there is a "Check In" button. Click on that and it'll take you to your dashboard where on the right of the page, you go to the check in button to see the offer of the day. You'll earn 3¢ daily just by clicking on it--you don't have to complete the offer.

    Cash Crate also seems to pay the highest for the offers, particularly those on the check in link.

  • Social sites that pay

    Facebook is all the rage now, but what do you get from it? Nothing monetarily.

    I recently signed up with a couple of social sites where you can get paid, just for doing things you're already doing on facebook.

    The sites are:
    Gather

    MyLot

    MyPage5

    SideTick

    Since I just joined, I haven't been paid by them yet, but other people have said they received payments from them.

    On all of the sites, you create your own blogs, comment on other peoples' blogs, and upload photos, and you earn money or points that can be redeemed.

    On Gather, you earn points that can be redeemed for  money through PayPal, or gift cards for Amazon.com, CVS, Target, and more.
    MyLot, you earn money. Once you reach a minimum of $10, you cash out with PayPal.
    The same goes for MyPage5, where the minimum is $25, and SideTick that has a min. of $25, (only you earn "TickBucks" but it is redeemable for the cash).

    You can make lots of friends on these sites and participate in interesting discussions. So join these social sites and get paid :)

  • Updates on sites

    It's been almost a year since I last posted, but I'm still using these survey and offer sites!

    Swagbucks is still doing great. They have added some new ways to earn those points they call "swag bucks". Besides the standard searching method, you can print coupons, play games, watch videos, take surveys and complete offers. I'll soon make a post that explains these in more detail.     I mentioned in a previous post that the SuperPoints Network site was shut down--well it's back. And great news: PayPal is now a payment option! There have been some changes to the site though. For one, membership is exclusive. It's invite-only to join, but that's ok because I can refer you if you want to join. You'll be able sign up at this great site and earn money through PayPal, Amazon gift cards and lots of other prizes!

    Unlike other sites, there is no link. You can send me a private message asking me for a token to SuperPoints and I will send you a link with what the site refers to as a token and you can join. You have to redeem it within 7 days, or it expires.

    Another change is they no longer have a search feature. Now, you earn points with the "Superlucky Button" where you have a number of clicks you have a day and you randomly win superpoints. You can also earn points with their surveys and videos. (These are different than the videos on SwagBucks, so you can earn points on both sites.)
    Members can be in one of four, and you depending on what level you are, you have a minimum cash out balance, how many daily clicks you get and how many surveys you receive. For example, the lowest level is called "None" and the minimum cash out is none. You must validate your account and complete your profile info to cash out at all. When you do, you're now "Basic". This minimum cashout is 2,500, you get 30 clicks and your survey priority is low.

  • Swagbucks just gets better and better (old & new)

    This is yet another blog raving about the best search site Swagbucks, the site where you simply search, and randomly earn "swagbucks" (sb) which you can redeem for dozens, no, wait--HUNDREDS of rewards (including, but certainly not limited to, money through PayPal, gift cards to Amazon.com, JC Penney, Target, iTunes, as well as candles, perfumes, lotions, video games, and so much more!)
    The thing is, Swagbucks isn't just a search site anymore--they now offer surveys!
    You fill out a 12 mini profiles about yourself, and just for that, you earn 165 swagbucks. Then, there are some surveys you can take. Of course, you can earn swagbucks for those also.
    And there's something else. Starting today, you can get 50 swagbucks on your birthday! (I have to wait several months to receive my 50 sb)

    And still, there is more. It's old, but there are more ways to earn sb. One way is by doing "special offers". They are the type of offers you'd see on an offer site such as Paid The Fastest or Get Paid To. And there are some very easy ones, like watching a 30 second video and getting 3 sb. It takes a couple of minutes for the sb to go to your account.
    Another thing you can do is shop online. Swagbucks has a list of online stores, where if you click on their link to go to the store, you will earn 2 sb for every $1 spent. For example, I spent about $31.50 buying some things from drugstore online, and I received 63 sb. It should be noted that it could take up to a month for to receive the sb, so don't worry if you don't get them right away, or if you wanted the sb ASAP to redeem something from their prize store.
    And this is the final way to get some sb, but I've never done it. That's by trading in your old cell phones, video games and consoles, and iPods. You sent your product to Swagbucks, and you receive swagbucks in your account You can see how many sb you would get for your product before sending it. For example, for the particular cell phone I currently have (Samsung SGH-A767), I would get "as much as 264 Swag Bucks". So I'm assuming that if my phone were in terrible condition, I could potentially get less than that. And for video games, this should be kept in mind: "We only accept North American/NTSC consoles, we DO NOT accept European/PAL consoles."

    As a recap, let me list ALL the ways to earn Swagbucks:
    Searching, answering the daily poll, completing special offers, using the toolbar once a day (it is safe to download), doing surveys, trading in certain electronics and shopping.

    If you were to join only one free online site to earn some extra cash (or gift cards), I'd say Swagbucks is the one! Join Swagbucks today and start earning swag bucks to redeem for great prizes.
