Well, fear not for it seems that Scour has a long lost twin by the name of iRazoo.
It is the basically same concept that Scour has only the reward are different--maybe better?

Like I said, you search for something then you go to the left of the search result where the link is and the page will pop up--or you can click on the link and it'll open in a new window--and you can either recommend or not recommend the site. You get 8 points for rating and 8 points. posting comment. From what they said, this used to be worth 4 points, but people would just rate without actually viewing the site so it takes 30 seconds for you to be able to rate the site.
When commenting, it seems that once you rate the site, even if you write a comment, you don't get 16 points, but 8. So I suggest that while the 30 seconds is counting down, you write the comment and by the time you finish, you can rate it, then you get 16 points.
You can earn a maximum of 300 points a day.
Also, you can refer people--each referral is 50 points and there is no limit for this.

When you initially join them, you have 50 points. There are quite a few reward options, Amazon gift cards, camera, Mp3 player, and more. I find the amazon g.c. to be the best. There is a $5 (3,000 points) card and $15 (9,000 points) option.
To get the 300 points daily, you'd have to do 38 ratings--or 19 ratings and 19 comments. And if you aimed for the $5 g.c. with those 300 daily points, it would take a mere 10 days to get it!
